Tom Fischer, Co-founder, CEO/President

Tom Fischer has been a commanding presence in the IT industry for more than three decades. Along with his team of technology engineers and experts, he has forged new ground in the field of disaster recovery, introducing one of the industry’s most innovative products, Rapid Rebound.  Possessing a Business degree and certified as an IBM Systems Expert, Tom Fischer works tirelessly to support his clients’ enterprises with his company-wide philosophy of cutting-edge technology, commitment to quality, and exceptional customer service.

John McGee, Senior Director of Technology

Senior Director of Technology, John McGee, is charged with navigating TECA Data Safe into the future. To do so, he engages with customers and the TECA team to gain insight into the efficacy of current service offerings while exploring advancements in the industry that will continue to deliver value to TECA customers. John received his BS in IT from Western Governor’s University and has earned a wide range of industry certifications, including CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNA Security, MCSE, INFOSEC Professional, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA Linux+. With an engineering background in the aerospace industry and forward-thinking vision on industry innovation, John is uniquely qualified to ensure the continued success of customers’ business continuity plans.

Aaron Prokop, IT Administrator

Aaron joins the TECA Data Safe team with years of experience in troubleshooting, network set up and technology administration for IBM i/AS400 and x86 platforms. With his degree of Applied Science in Network Administration, Aaron enhances the TECA team by performing invaluable services, including administrator for Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments; maintaining upgrading and troubleshooting servers, network, and firewalls; and assisting in the setup and execution of disaster recovery planning, among many other responsibilities.

Bryan Whelan, Computer Support Specialists

Computer Support Specialist, Bryan Whelan, earned his Desktop Support Certification in Applied Sciences from Hennepin Technical College. Shortly thereafter, he joined the TECA team as an intern, providing support services and acquiring the experience needed to offer customers TECA’s renowned superior service. In January 2018, TECA welcomed Bryan on board as a full-time computer support specialist. In this role, Bryan provides a quality customer experience while ensuring customers feel confident in the business security TECA delivers to them.
